Kelly Dodds, FCIMSPA

Ori was born from Kelly’s belief that everyone affected by cancer should have access to safe, supportive movement and rehabilitation — wherever they are.

With years of experience in cancer rehabilitation, Kelly brings clinical expertise, a deep understanding of patient needs, and a determination to make recovery support more accessible.

As Founder and Clinical Lead, Kelly shapes Ori’s clinical vision and ensures the people it was created for remain at the heart of everything we do.

Alan Hamilton

Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer

Responsible for driving commercial growth and leading the company’s revenue strategy. With a sharp focus on scaling operations and unlocking new market opportunities, Alan plays a critical role in transitioning Ori Rehab from an early-stage venture to a high-impact, sustainable health tech company.


Alan brings a proven track record in scaling businesses from scale up to trade sale exit. He has driven revenue growth through apps, enterprise and channel sales as well as strategic partnerships, across SaaS, Tech and service-based industries. His leadership combines commercial acumen with a strong understanding of AI enable tech landscape, ensuring Ori’s growth is both customer-centric and market leading.


At Ori, Alan is spearheading go-to-market efforts, establishing scalable revenue channels, and shaping the company’s strategic direction. His ability to navigate complex markets, build high-performing teams, and execute with discipline positions Ori for long-term success.

Marjorie Gall

Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer

Marjorie leads go-to-market strategy, content marketing, and business development initiatives. With a passion for storytelling and brand building, she plays a pivotal role in growing Ori’s visibility, credibility, and reach across healthcare and rehabilitation markets.


Bringing deep experience in both strategic and hands-on marketing, Marjorie is responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with patients, clinicians, and partners alike. She oversees content and brand strategy, demand generation, and channel development—ensuring Ori’s marketing efforts are data-driven and tightly aligned with commercial goals.


Marjorie also works closely with the leadership team to identify and cultivate business development opportunities, expanding Ori’s footprint through meaningful partnerships and market engagement.


Her integrated approach to marketing and growth makes her a key driver of Ori Rehab’s expansion and impact.

Anna Campbell

Clinical Ambassador & Advisor

Professor Anna Campbell MBE is a leading authority in exercise oncology and a nationally recognised advocate for the integration of physical activity into cancer care.


Anna is the founder and medical director of CanRehab, the UK’s leading provider of cancer exercise specialist training, and has played a pivotal role in shaping national guidelines and professional standards for cancer rehabilitation.


As Clinical Ambassador for Ori Rehab, Anna provides expert guidance to ensure the platform is clinically robust, evidence-based, and aligned with best practice in cancer rehabilitation.


She supports Ori’s mission to make safe, effective, and accessible exercise support available to those who need it most. In recognition of her outstanding contribution to cancer care and physical activity, Anna was awarded an MBE for services to cancer rehabilitation.

Mark Smith

NHS Innovation Director

Mark is a strategic advisor to Ori Rehab, bringing deep expertise at the intersection of healthcare innovation and digital technology. With extensive experience across the NHS and research-driven health initiatives, Mark provides Ori with valuable guidance on clinical validation, partnerships, and navigating the broader healthcare ecosystem.


He is actively involved with the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), where he contributes to the advancement of evidence-based digital health solutions. His work has focused on enabling the adoption of new technologies within health systems, particularly those that improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.


Mark’s advisory role at Ori supports the company’s clinical credibility and strategic alignment with healthcare policy and innovation funding landscapes. His insight ensures Ori’s solutions are both impactful and well-positioned for long-term adoption within the UK health sector and beyond.

Paul Dodds

Head of Development

Paul leads the technical development and evolution of the Ori Rehab platform, turning Ori’s clinical and product vision into robust, scalable technology for people living with and beyond cancer. He oversees development across the app and its supporting infrastructure, including Ori’s growing Azure environment, helping ensure the platform is secure, reliable and ready to scale.


Working closely with Ori’s clinical, product and wider technology team, Paul plays a central role in shaping how new features move from concept into production. His approach combines strong technical delivery with an understanding of the importance of clinical integrity, usability and accessibility within digital health.


Paul also supports and mentors Ori’s growing development team, helping guide junior developers and interns while establishing stronger development practices as the platform evolves. His work is fundamental to building the technical foundations that will support Ori’s next phase of growth, including greater personalisation and future AI-enabled capabilities.
