From a love of the human body to finding my purpose
Formore than 22 years, I’ve worked in health and fitness. I’ve always been fascinated by human biology — the body is an incredibly clever and resilient machine, and I’ve seen first-hand how the right exercise and support can change outcomes.
Supporting people with their general health was rewarding, but I knew I wanted to make a greater difference. Combining my love of human biology with helping people led me into supporting those living with medical conditions. Suddenly, my work had a different sense of purpose.
Then I found cancer rehabilitation.
This was where everything came together. I saw people regain strength, confidence and hope at some of the most difficult points in their lives. The outcomes were greater than I had imagined — and, in cases like Sandra’s, I saw just how profound the impact of the right rehabilitation could be.
I had found my speciality, but more importantly, I had found my purpose.
That purpose ultimately became Ori: taking the support I knew could make a difference and finding a way to give it to far more people.
I am dedicated to reach and support as many people as i can on a global scale.
I combinbed advanced qualifications, evidence-based practice and more than two decades of experience
to deliver safe, effective and person-centered exercise.

development
“Wherever someone is in their cancer journey, I believe there is almost always something they can do. Sometimes that’s building strength, sometimes maintaining it, and sometimes simply taking the first small step. Those steps matter.
Cancer can take away so much control. Movement gives us an opportunity to take some of it back.
“Cancer doesn’t like exercise.”
Exercise doesn’t replace medical treatment, but evidence continues to show the benefits of being active before, during and after treatment — helping people prepare, maintain strength, manage side effects and support recovery.
For me, exercise is never just a set of movements. I have a natural understanding of how the body moves and combine this with biomechanics, specialist knowledge and more than 22 years of experience to get the best from each person.
Every rehabilitation session in Ori has been designed by me, using that same knowledge and reasoning.
But the body and mind aren’t separate. I believe the strongest approach combines movement, emotional support and medical treatment — helping people face cancer with greater strength, confidence and control.
We can’t control everything. But we can take control of what we can”
WHAT GUIDES ME
My values imbedded into Ori's framework
Compassionate Understanding
Ori begins with empathy. We recognise
that behind every diagnosis is a person
with fear, hopes, and a unique story.
Everyone at Ori works with this
at the forefront.
Support & Guidance At The
Most Worrying Time
Just as i would in a 1-1 conversation
with a patient, Ori becomes a
companion - and meets you right
where you are.
Plan To Act & Take Control
I believe that even small actions can reduce
anxiety, build confidence, and improve
outcomes. Ori helps shift someone from
feeling powerless, to feeling purposeful.
Control leads to courage.
Constantly There: 24/7
I am passionate that no one should
feel alone - at any time. Ori isn't just
a one-off guide. It is your rehab
companion, always available, always
adapting to you.
